Professional history  

Lulu of Dustylu is a highly seasoned creative director, photographer and chef with a strong background in commercial directing, photography and culinary educaton. She has extensive, hands on skills in every field. With over 15 years of experience, she has a keen curiosity and a desire to bring LIFE to each project she creates . 

In addition to her work as a creative director, chef and lifestyle photographer, Lulu is a social media content and brand developer. She is proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, CS5 and has a track record of executing projects on time. Lulu has a proactive, quick approach to problem-solving and is known for her flexible and creative approach. She remains calm under pressure and excels in managing workflows.

Lulu's educational background includes attending the California College of Ayurveda, graduating from ANANCT Culinary School, and receiving an AA in Interior Design and Photography. She has also completed the Westlake Culinary School program and holds a 200 Yoga Teacher Training certification. Creative director and head chef of the wellness department at the Four Seasons.

As a creative director, freelance photographer, and licensed chef,  Lulu has worked with prestigious clients such as the New York Times, Rachel Ashwell, Lily Ashwell, Harris Publications, magazine editors, fellow art directors and private celebrity clients. Her work has been published in notable magazines and websites, as well as commercial projects. 

Lulu is happily married and has two beautiful young men who inspire her every day. She uses her educational background and artistic perspective to create a fresh style.  Through her creative eye, Lulu aims to form a connection between the viewer and the different lifestyles she portrays.
